This is a 9'.5" X 21'.0" MobileOffice trailer average condition I started renovating last year but didn't finish. I've put new vinyl siding on outside 3/4" plywood on floor and 1/2" Sheetrock on walls it has two offices (one in each side) with bathroom in middle it needs still a little work but a very good unit
