Honeywell paperless multipoint recorderis missing and will not be supplied. General: Double wall, horizontal load, water cooled chamber with side swing door. Interior has fiber liner with metallic heating elements. At end of heat cycle furnace is back filled with Argon and circulated through work load and internal water cooled heat exchanger by a direct drive 40HP fan in rear. Complete system along with closed loop water cooling pump, heat exchanger, (3) 10 KVA power transformer, and control panel are mounted on a steel skid. Furnace designed for 14" cube 100 lbs. load with +/- 10 F uniformity from 1500 F - 2100 F. Actual operational condition is unknown. There are exterior cosmetic issues such as dust, paint scratches/scuffs, grease and oil stains. The standard vessel design has provisions for (4) door lock cylinders. This furnace is equipped with one door lock cylinder. Missing: Load truck, vacuum pump, vacuum booster, and paperless recorder. Also VFD for blower was replaced with a contactor. Water pump housing and lower piping is cracked. Water pump housing replacement cost is estimated at $620, Complete pump with motor is $1850. The back cover for the blower motor has been removed and cut open for cleaning. It will need to be repaired. Missing and damaged items will not be supplied. Sold AS-IS. This furnace will require work/repairs to be operational. Some electrical and layout prints, and parts lists are available in PDF's and will be shipped with the furnace.
