General: Double wall water cooled horizontal load vessel. Interior has molybdenum liner with graphite heating elements on both walls, floor, and roof. (3) hearth rails. Water cooled 20 HP Kaybee cooling fan mounted in rear door. Air operated bung on front door. Pumping system consists of a Stokes 412-11 mechanical pump with Roots booster. Power to the heating elements is through VRT's. Battery powered loader is included. Has broken roof and some side wall graphite heating elements from shipping, but was operational prior to damage. There is some visible wear and cracking of the molybenum liner near doors. There are minor exterior cosmetic issues such as dust, paint scratches/scuffs, grease and oil stains. Hot zone was rebuilt in 2005 and used until 2008 when it was moved and element damage occurred. Loader needs new batteries. Strip chart recorder does not operate. Some electrical prints and panel layout drawings will be supplied and shipped with the furnace. This furnace is sold “AS IS” with a 30 day return privilege. Buyer pays all shipping costs.
