You are buying a used Shopsmith 4” quick release multi-purpose clamp-on drill press bench vise. It does not have a brand or model number on it, but I’m sure it was part of my Shopsmith purchase 30+ years ago. It is a cast aluminum vise with 3-7/8” wide x 1-3/8” high steel jaws.

This is a top of the line double jackscrew chain clamp, made by the leader in pipe tools, Mathey Dearman. It lists for $2,275, cheapest I could find it is $2,047, plus tax and shipping it would probably be around $2300 for a new one. This one is all there, all in good used shape, fits from 4" to 16" pipe, has the stainless chain and all parts that touch the pipe are either stainless or extra heavy cast aluminum.
