This is a rather hard to find original brass oiler for a hit and miss gas or marine engine.  This particular style was originally used on the International Harvester Type M and smaller Mogul engines.  It is a gas engine cylinder oiler as it has the vent tube in it.  It is in good used condition with no cracks, breaks, or repairs of any kind.  Both glasses seem to be in good shape and everything seems to work as it should.  It stands about 6 1/2 inches tall overall and is about 2 1/2 inches in diameter at it's largest.  It would look great on a 3hp or 6hp M engine.  It will need a good cleaning and probably new gaskets but that's the fun part.  It has 3/8 inch pipe threads on it and they are in great shape.  It is missing the check ball in the base but this isn't necessary as it has the vent tube.  It would be easy to add one if you so choose.  These oilers are quite tough to find in the wild or even at swap meets.  This would be a perfect oiler with just a little elbow grease!  It would also make a great spare on the shelf.  The pictures tell the story.  You'll like it.  I can be reached at 262-573-1931 if you'd like to talk about it.  Good Luck.
