The Minifix is Suhner’s smallest flexible shaft grinder but don’t let the small size fool you. When it comes to flexible shaft machines, the size is dictated by the job at hand. The Minifix is suited to fine, detail work either by the serious hobbyist or industrial user. Common applications are toolmaking, patternmaking, aerospace, mold and die making, cylinder head porting, wood modeling, glass engraving and applications in dental labs. The Minifix works well with carbide burrs, mounted points, flap wheels (up to 1 5/8” dia.), wire brushes (up to 1 5/8” dia.), polishing bobs and non-woven brushes and fibre discs. The Minifix 25-R set includes the variable speed Minifix motor, an NA 4X1250 flexible shaft, an FH 4 straight toolholder w/ 1/4 ” collet and a metal carrying case. Additional handpieces and toolholders are available separately.
