Tailstock Accessories for Tabletop Lathes from LatheCity Dead Center Pin - HSS Tool Steel UNIMAT 3 (difficult to find size) Size: Dead center for UNIMAT 3, this is machined from a HSS drill rod with 10.4 mm (i.e. measure your lathe), diameter tolerance -0.005 mm, note again this is for an UNIMAT 3 and will not fit UNIMAT SL DB/200; only UNIMAT 3 Note Nominally UNIMAT 3 should have spindle I.D. 10.3 mm usually, however, 10.3 mm rounds sit very loose in an old UNIMAT 3, these lathes are decades old, if used then the headstock is usually worn out and needs 10.4 mm rather than 10.3 mm, anyway measure your lathe or you may need to sandpaper this down, note we do not take back messed up parts, return (all) shipping costs are up to you Re-sharpen the center: This is hardened HSS, i.e., you would need a grinder for re-sharpening.
