End Mill This is a Fargo 3/8-18 NPSF HSG 4 Flute Pipe Tap Lightly Used. The tap appears to have been lighlty used by the previous owner and shows some light scratching around the shaft and some oil / discoloration on the tap end. Overall the tap appears in very good condition and none of the small imperfections should impact the performance of the product.

This appears to be a threading tool holder of unknown manufacture. One surface of the shaft has been milled and there are no markings. The tool appears to be a 30 degree threading tool.
