YOU ARE LOOKING AT A CLEAN AIR BLOWER AND FUME VACUUM SYSTEM W/ BATTERY BACK UP - HEPA FILTER 250 CFM. THE SYSTEM HAS A FILTERED BLOWER WHICH SUCKS AIR THROUGH THE BLUE FILTER W/ PLEXI-CLASS COVER (PICTURED) AND BLOWS IT THROUGH THE HEPA FILTER. THE OTHER STAINLESS STEEL BOX DOES THE SAME FUNCTION BUT VACUUMS THROUGH THE 2 LARGE OPENINGS ON THE SIDE AND PASSES THROUGH THE HEPA BEFORE BLOWING THE AIR OUT.
