There will be NO post or dispatch between 3rd June and 9th June. Sorry for any inconvenience or delay. You get 5 sheets with 6 labels per sheet, total 30 labels. Each label is white on blank paper with smooth finish so can be written on with almost any pen or pencil. Individual label size is 82mm x 49mm, or 3 and 2/8" x 1 and 7/8" STANDARD ADDRESS SIZE 6 labels per sheet allows for easy storage, each sheet measures 70mm x 53mm (6 6/8" x 6"), which is less than half A4 size (i.e no larger than A5) Each sheet is loose and all ten sheets are sent in a waterproof plastic post bag. As with all sticky labels, use in a printer is entirely at your own risk. Consult the operating manual and/or manufacturer. You need to make your own template with whatever text software you use. A.jpg full size scan can be sent to you on request for making your own template (see last pic). Orders are processed in the evening and early morning. Almost all orders are shipped within 24 hrs except at weekends. Post Office collection times mean items ordered Friday day/evening to Sunday don’t enter the postage system until Monday. Postage is economy 2nd class. Most postage is purchased online via eBay which prints out the address label with a 'Q' bar code that seems to move items much quicker through the post – but not all the time! Postage rates quoted are from Royal Mail plus 13% for eBay and PayPal fees. Larger items are usually sent with a different courier. If the address is in a location that requires a higher postage than standard rates, the buyer can either pay the additional postage (plus 13% eBay and PayPal fee) or cancel the order. All Royal Mail items are handed over a Post Office counter to ensure correct postage for weight and sizes has been used. All items have a proof of posting receipt. Courier items often have a tracking number which I will upload; there are no Royal Mail tracking codes to upload. Lost items can only be replaced after a lost claim that I make online is accepted, this is usually after 10 working days. For damaged items, please take plenty of pictures including of the packaging and damage to the contents. A replacement will be sent after the item has been returned. A pre-paid label will be sent for damaged items only for the item and packaging to be returned. If any item to be replaced is no longer stocked, a refund will be given instead. Please be sure you are sure before buying as a buy-and-try returns service is not available. Should a dispute through eBay rule that a return can be done then the buyer will have to pay for the return and included signed for delivery. No dispute refunds will be given without an item being returned. Overseas buyers are responsible for all import duties and taxes.
