Patented vertical columns of hot air move heat aerodynamically instead of using high temperatures. The streams of hot air remove the boundary layers of cool heavy air which tend to insulate the product.

This is a nice used dispenser but I have no way to fully test, so I am listing as parts or not working but I believe it can be functional again. Colorant has been emptied and cleaned some. When powered up it spins mixing paddles and shelf raises and lowers.
