This is a 3" Pot Metal or alloy Motor Pulley with a 1/2" diameter bore takes 1/2" wide belts. It mounts with a set screw that is inside the pulley (under the belt) . The pulley is about 5/8 " thick.

Here is a used pressed paper 5" in diameter and 5 3/4" surface pulley. The center hole is 1 1/8". It has 2 holes in the surface that looked to be drilled.
Cast iron pulley with a chip on one side. 4 1/8" diameter, 4 3/4" overall diameter, 3 1/8" face. Fit on 1 1/8" shaft with 5/16" wide key way that 9/16" deep.
