BLODGETT MARK V III CONVECTION OVEN SN:091207PA027T0131B FROM THE SCHOOL BOARD IN EXCELLENT CONDITION SET UP 3 PHASE BUT CAN CONVERT TO SINGLE PHASE New 208- 230 elements can be converted to 480 VOLT Blodgett's MARK V double full-size electric convection oven is ideal for baking cakes, pies, pastries and finishing meats to perfection. With a full angle-iron frame and stainless steel front, this unit has five chrome-plated racks and 11 rack positions for food to be evenly spaced for cooking consistency. Dual pane thermal glass windows are made with stainless steel door frames. A porcelain door handle has simultaneous door operation, and a triple-mounted pressure lock door.
