This is a vintage power on/off switch (circuit breaker), have no idea how it was used, but was obviously made and used before safety regulations were in affect???. Evidently you'd bring 115 volt power to the unit, through a vintage glass screw-in fuse, through a circuit breaker bar, then to a plug-in outlet. I'm thinking buyer could mount this unit high upon a wall (out of reach to prevent getting shocked), then bring a ceiling lamp plug-in cord over to this unit (see last photo above).
