Item Description:  Cambell SAC (Screw-Adjusted Cam) Plate Clamp Model# SAC-3 Recommended for turning plates from horizontal to vertical as well as through a 180° arc.  The convex serrated cam swivels on a ball joint so that the area of cam engagement increases as load increases. Drop forged body and shackle.  Note: SCREW NEEDS TO BE HAND TIGHT ONLY! DO NOT OVERTIGHTEN.  Condition:  Very good used condition. Pin threads in and out perfectly. All data clearly legible. Body and shackle have new paint. May have some very minor cosmetic imperfections.  See pictures for more details.
