This is an awesome machine with some signs of visible wear. I owned the machine and used it myself. I also repair my own equipment since I have been in the flooring business for 14 years. This edger has had the wheels replaced about 2 years ago, the switch is newer and works, the pad is also in great shape, comes with 2 extra Legrand plugs twist lock (1 for the edger if it ever needs to be replaced, and 1 for the cord if that one were to go bad), both plugs currently in use are newer and work fine. After every use I took the time to blow out the edger with compressed air, this is a vital properly maintain the unit. This procedure should always be followed. Most guys selling this specialized equipment have no clue about proper maintenance or even usage. Since I worked on this one myself I can confirm to you that the 4 brushes for the motor are at about 50%. I will order a brand new set once the reserve is met and either ship them to the winner or install them, however you might what to use the old ones for a while. These are cheap parts and easy to change ( Like I said I will do it before shipping or send replacements). Having extra parts on hand does not make for a bad machine, it just makes it possible to finish a job on time when Murphy's law comes into play (if it can happen it will happen). The cable is in good working order, however it is not the prettiest since we also used it to buff on stain using carpet pads and a buffer. The current cable is about 40 to 45 feet long. If you wish I can make you a brand new one at an additional cost but it really is not necessary. Also I never used the machine with more then 1 sanding disk at a time and always change my sand paper with the machine laying on it side, as to not clog the hole for the bolt and washer that secures the paper.
