Great heavy duty floor sander. Same design as the newer ones. I don't know how much the later model machines weigh, but this one is a little over 35 lbs. Note; the 35 foot long HD cord has been scuffed at sometime in it's life and someone has taped the 2 areas. It is also taped right past the spring area. Someone also patched the dust bag that appears to not be very old. The bag also looks like it got close to either some paint or dry-wall mud. This unit runs good and strong. When I ran it to test it, it ran smooth with no sparks, funny smells, or noises. Its backing pad also looks to be in very good condition. The "T" wrench is missing from its holder. No cracks or repairs found to its metal. USPS picks up our packages daily. If your payment is received before noon, in most cases, your item will ship that same day. Only comes with what is described and shown in my photos in the description area. All our listed items are as found, but I might have wiped dust off or something minor like that.
