I was able to buy this very clean used Fluke meter. This instrument is a Model 89 IV High Resolution True RMS Digital Multi Meter. This instrument is in clean used condition. Offers an extra digit of resolution than most of the other Fluke meters. This is a high-end Fluke handheld meter. Just some very minor marks on the yellow case. Comes with Fluke CAT III test lead set. Powers up and works fine. This Fluke 89-4 Digital Multimeter instrument will be a great buy and will serve its next owner for years to come.
