SIMPSON Voltmeter 260 Series 7M Multimeter The meter is in very good condition with some scuff scratch marks there are no chips or cracks in the case the glass is good looking at it the worst part is the top of the carry handle is bent up a little bit maybe it was hanging on the hook but I'm not sure this is being sold for parts or repair the needle appears to be stuck I put batteries in it and tested it and got nothing what you see in the pictures is what you get comes with test leads please see the pictures for more details if you have any questions just ask This is being sold as is for parts or repair with no return All  items are sold on an as-is basis. I obtain my items from various sources and list them as accurately as I can. However, my opinion and yours may vary since everyone judges differently. I am only human and do make mistakes.
