For sale is a brand new insulated bbq smoker. This smoker is made with heavy quarter inch steel plate.  All New Steel.  The smoker, including the door, is insulated with 2" inches of high heat ROXUL insulation. The smoker is built like a tank and will last forever. This smoker was made to retain heat and will save you on charcoal and wood costs. Sized perfectly for 2 disposable full size hotel pans for easy clean up.  The smoker has not been fully completed, and will be completed to the purchasers specs. If you wish to finish this project yourself, you can purchase the smoker as is for 2500. It needs racks, an intake and an exhaust. For $3999 I will complete the smoker to your specifications. 4608 Square inches of cooking space. - 16 square feet Extra large firebox. Large enough to grill in the firebox while smoking in the smoking chamber. 4" locking casters 8 2' by 2' racks Cook 128 Whole Chickens at one time. Cook 80 Briskets.
