This little smoker has beaten professional BBQ restaurants and caterers using equipment that costs thousands of dollars and brought home lots of cash for me and my team. We use two of these in competition and have taken a 1st place in Ribs, a 2nd, in pulled pork, and a 3rd in pulled pork in just the last two months. You don't need expensive equipment to make great BBQ, you simply need something that will get smoke into the meat and hold temperature where you want it. This little smoker does both of those. The rest is understanding how meat and heat work, good prep technique, and a good recipe for rubs and sauces.
