Replacement vertical name plate for the louvered dust door on your vintage Delta woodworking machine. THESE PLATES ARE NOW BACK IN STOCK. We have finally rerun these popular plates. For some time now, we had been sold out. This sale is for a "new" vertical DELTA name plate to fit the dust door of your vintage Delta Unisaw or Delta heavy duty shaper. The original switch plate covers were made from thin aluminum and were easily dented, dinged, damaged, or lost. Our name plates are newly manufactured and better than the originals. These nominal 1" x 8.8" plates are made of stainless steel and have been carefully and painstakingly recreated from the dimensions of the original plates and from the original artwork. The name tag blanks were laser cut from .030" thick 304 stainless steel before being carefully deburred and brush finished, prior to the high quality screenprinting of the artwork. The corners of the dust door name tags have a very slight radius, which is an improvement over the square cut corners of the original plates. Each plate is individually bagged and shipped in a padded envelope. The Delta factory secured the dust door name tag with three drive rivets which can be a bit difficult to remove on doors with the enclosed backside. Our replacement dust door name tags are supplied with three (3) stainless steel size 2 drive rivets and three (3) 5-40stainless steel pan head screws to offer you alternatives for securing the new tag to the louvers door.
