 This is a brand new Design Hardware 316 High Performance Door Closer Model# 316 AL (1-6). This exact closer sells for $90.00 and up online as I'm writing this ad. I recommend you do your own research so you see for yourself what a high quality product Design Hardware makes. All my items are new, never out of the box. Keep in mind I'm centrally located, so when I ship something, it doesn't have to go across the country. :-) Which also means it might show up quicker too. I also have Entryway, Storeroom & Passage Door Handles as well as hinges. All made by Design Hardware, see my other eBay ads. I have always put 5 days for handling but usually get it out sooner.
