You are bidding on a vintage set of "3" Dexter Russell knives! The cleaver has spots which I cannot remove but it is still sharp. The Sani-safe has a 10" long blade, is clean and sharp with a few smaller spots; the Connoisseur, the wording is faded, has an 8" long blade and the wood is light with age; still very sharp.

(1) Heavy Duty Bone Cleaver by Dexter Russell. This cleaver checks in at 1.5lbs. and the blade is 7-Inches long.

8 by 3 1/4-Inch Chinese Chef Knife. This knife is stamped 'factory seconds" because there is a slight flaw in the blade. About 1/2-Inch from the end of the blade, there is a flaw.

Traditional Chinese Chef Knife (cleaver) but with Soft Grip Handle rather than the usual Wooden Handle. Brand new, unused, but box is not in pristine condition. This item has been discontinued and I believe it originally had an MSP of $45.00 8 by 3-inch Stain Free High Carbon Steel Blade with individually ground and honed edge.
