 From local sewing factory liquidation.  Older Eastman model HN electric hand held cloth marker or "hot notcher".  A multi-purpose tool used for marking and temporarily fusing loosely woven fabrics which can ensure precise alignment for sewing accuracy.  The spread is held securely together and can be moved to the cutting area without shifting.  Marks a visible notch on materials instead of a slit notch which is not easily visible.  110 volt.  1 amp.  With metal heat shield fabricated on to front.  Toggle switch for high and low heat control.  Good condition and guaranteed good working.  The bracket for the fabricated heat shield is attached with 2 nuts on the bottom side.  If you need the surface to be flat and moveable, you will probably want to replace with flat head screws going in from the bottom.  This item was found fastened to a table in the factory so it didn't matter then.  Tool includes the pig tail adapter you see in the photos for standard configuration wall receptacle.  See my other listings for a similar 220 volt model.
