Description: The Medium Steel carabiner is made with a rugged alloy-steel construction. This carabiner features a double-locking gate with a1-1/8-inch gate opening. It includes an optional captive-eye pin, and is rated at 5,000 pounds. FallTech's selection of steel carabiners have been developed to offer a broad range of solutions. We have taken these connectors a step beyond with extra features like captive-eye pins to make sure you get a little more than you may have expected. Specifically designed to prevent roll-out or accidental opening, all FallTech connectors are thoroughly tested and conform to OSHA and ANSI standards. Features:   Rugged alloy-steel construction. Double-locking gate. 1  1/8" gate opening. Rated at 5,000 lbs. Meets the requirements of OSHA 1926.502 and ANSI     Material Specifications:   Connectors: Alloy Steel; Min. 5,000 lbs. tensile strength Connector Gates: Alloy Steel; Min. 220 lbs. front load and 350 lbs. side load     Performance Specifications:   Tensile Strength: Min. 5,000 lbs.
