This is a board that has three highly sensitive radiation sensors on it. Two of them are low energy gamma or X-ray detectors, and one is a high energy gamma detector. It has a FET pre-amplifier and some other parts. This assembly is the main board from a high end pager style dosimeter/detector unit. If desired the sensors can be removed for use with other equipment. The LCD drive IC is bad. From my tests, these sensors seem to behave similar to standard PIN photodiodes, and can be treated as such using standard pulse amplifiers designed for light detectors. This makes building your own detector very easy compared to GM sensors! Also, they are a lot more sensitive despite their small size, especially to the lower energy gamma or x-ray  bands. This item is pretty hard to find. I have lots of lasers and other unique stuff for sale this week.
