This Signal Generator was part of a lot buy from an auction and is sold as is, No Returns. This item is sold as is because I  don't have the equipment to fully test the unit,  it may or may not be fully functional. This HP 8648C unit has 2 options installed. a.   Opt: 1E5 High stability timebase (9KHz – 3200MHz) b.   Opt: 1EA High output power The Signal Generator was package with a HP-82341D IEEE-488 Computer Card and a 12' IEEE-488 GPIB cable both are shown in the pictures and both are included in this sale. No manuals or software for the PC card. I think both can be found on line to download. This unit is very clean with only a few small scratches as you can see in the pictures. Please NOTE: The only testing  was; 1.        It passes the self-test at start-up. ( after the High stability oven comes to temperature. about 3 - 5 min) 2.        The output frequency from 9khz-500mhz looks good. ( could not test any higher because of the scope limit.)  If you have any questions please send them and I will do my best to answer.
