This is a New Replacement Ball Muffler For Any Engine That Uses A 1 1/4" Pipe thread For the exhaust It is Like Many Of The Mufflers That Was Made back Then, But They Are Very Similar The Early Waterloo & Waterloo Contract Hit & Miss Gas Engines I would Say Before About 1910 Or 1911 ...... Part # AG50 This Is Riveted Together Like the originals ( like the one compared to in the pictures) There is Also A similar Muffler That Is Bolted together With 5/16" Square Nuts & Bolts, That WAs used On The Galloway Associated United Witte Amanco 6 Hp John Deere & Many Others... That Is Offered In Another Auction................... Fits: 2 1/2 3 4 & 5 Hp Sizes 1 1/4" Pipe .......May Even Fit A larger Engine Or Could Be Adapted To. ! I would say that if you Have any Early Waterloo Or Waterloo Contract Engine, That Uses A 1 1/4 Pipe thread this would be the correct style muffler for your Engine This is 9 1/2" In Dia ..... 5 1/2 " tall Or Thick.. 1 1/4" Pipe thread...... Correct Length pipe nipple included !!
