This has never been installed and is in new working order, however it does have very minor scuffs on case from laying around the house. These are very expensive if you had get one from Thermon. Used for heat trace / freeze protection.

This cabinet is brand new and has never been used, it does have a small bend in the metal at the bottom of the door, and a small blemish at the top of the back, in no way does it inhibit the performance or functionality of the cabinet.
