ESR,and impedance magnitude and phase  100 Hz to 20 kHz in 801 spot frequencies. 50 mV or 1 V Test Signal level This unit has  HPIB  The Ten full scale capacitance (C) ranges are:     10.000 pF 100.00 pF, 1.0000 nF, 10.000 nF, 100.00 nF, 1.0000 uF,     10.000 uF, 100.00 uF, 1.0000 mF, 10.000 mF The Nine full scale impedance (|Z|) ranges are:     100.00 mohm 1.0000 ohm, 10.000 ohm, 100.00 ohm, 1.0000 kohm,      10.000 kohm, 100.00 kohm, 1000.0 kohm, 10.000 Mohm The Eight full scale inductance (L) ranges are:     100.00 uH, 1.0000 mH, 10.000 mH, 100.00 mH     1.0000 H, 10.000 H, 100.00 H, 1000.0 H Passes self test Shown testing a 100 pF HP capacitance standard at 20 kHz (not included) Also shown testing a 1 k ohm standard resistor at 1 kHz (not included) I have checked this unit with various resistors, capacitors, and inductors at several     frequencies and have gotten accurate results. I have sent the instrument several commands and took some readings over the HPIB, and it responded correctly. No other tests were performed on this instrument. This unit is good cosmetically, with some scratches on the front panel, a ding in the upper left corner, and scratches on the case.
