Needle valves are fully adjustable orifices used to regulate flow. They are infinitely adjustable from fully closed up to the maximum orifice diameter. They are not pressure-compensated.
New venting latches (patents pending) automatically equalize pressure differential inside the case when opened and seal the case against gas exchange when closed. Cam action allows for easy operation. Many options make this case adaptable to most applications.

For your machining needs I have a 1"-8TPI nut that can be used to make a spindle nose nut for a South Bend lathe or any lathe with this thread. These nuts are comonly called spindle thread protectors, but they are actually a knock out nut used to remove the collet adaptor from the spindle instead of a ram rod. This nut is hardended to Rc 24-38.
