Very rare from the late 19th - early 20th century Austrian lacquered brass and bronzed leveling instrument, of length 13 1/4" (34 cm) and over graduated bubble level with mirror - length 5" (12,5 cm). The outer glass on top is broken at one side. Screws on the rear bracket are missing.
