This is a small x-ray tube for a dental x-ray machine i took apart. Anyway i tested this tube and the filament lights up as pictured with a single AA lithium cell, and when tested with a HV spark probe it generates enough X-rays to make a Geiger counter go nuts across the room. The anode block does not show any signs use leading me to believe that the machine was not in service long before it was scrapped for parts.
