Up for auction is a very good condition used Baxter SP155G – M1826 donut fryer with a Belshaw Type B Depositor/Dropper. Fryer has been converted to use with LP gas; but can convert back to NG before shipping if preferred by buyer. Does NOT include oil filter, but can accommodate one and is pre-wired for one (plug and switch) I have used this fryer and depositor personally and it works great.
This is a good used condition Belshaw EP 18/24/34 Proofer/Proofing Cabinet. Clean and all appears to be in working order; I did use this a few times to test it out after purchasing it and everything seems to work; heats up, fan works, water level alarm works and humidity is adjustable. All plexiglass doors have been replaced!
