MITUTOYO 900872 contact sensor for height gauge 900872 contact sensor is designed to have accurate measurements under a constant measuring force with such as hight gauge.  It eliminates errors caused by jacking up the height gauge while taking measurements.  • Indicator lights up to indicate that measurement can be taken, resulting in consistent height measurements  (the LED will light when the current flows through the circuit between the battery case and lamp house of the contact sensor, indicating the contact between the workpiece and the scriber has been completed). • Incorporates magnets for easy attachment • Power supply: button type mercury cell type H-2D / 2MR9 or 2 batteries type MR44s.   • Measurements should be taken on a granite surface plate or other non conductive surface. The contact sensor is unused, comes from old stock, original packaging + manual (Jap., Eng.) + 2 batteries MR44s included. Please refer to the pictures for details, because what you see in the pictures is exactly what you are going to receive - "AS IS". I am not an expert on the items I sell.
