Slightly Used 2014 Multicam Graph-X-Cutter G-204. Machine is operational at the moment and test videos can be sent at buyers request. SPECIFICATIONS: • Base frame is fabricated using 10mm thick aerospace grade aluminum with precision extruded bearing datums. The legs are manufactured from heavy-gauge reinforced steel. Process area: 60” x 120” (5' x 10') • Dual side drive rack & pinion with self-contained re-circulating DualVee bearings for X-axis motion control. • 10mm thick aircraft grade aluminum gantry tube with specially engineered gussets for maximum rigidity. Precision rack & pinion drive with self-contained re-circulating DualVee bearings for Y-axis motion control. • Cast aluminum gantry stanchions with 1/2” webbing for vibration deadening. 3” of clearance under the gantry with 4.5” of Z-axis travel. The aluminum gantry is a custom engineered & precision machined for maximum rigidity. • Machined aluminum Z-axis carriage plate with self-contained re-circulating DualVee bearings & a 10mm precision ground screw. Dual angular contact ball bearings hold the screw firmly in place. • High speed brushless digital servo drive system with cutting speeds up to 1000 IPM & rapid traverse speeds of 2000 IPM. • “User Friendly” hand held graphical interface controller with job previewing capabilities. High speed 3-axis motion control with unlimited file size transfer capabilities through an Ethernet DNC connection. • EnRoute 5 BASIC CAD/CAM software • MultiVision Digital Registration Camera System. Visually recognizes media registration marks & automatically compensates for skew and drift. Includes camera, mounting bracket & license. • Automatic digital calibration & surface location probes for setting tool length & material work envelope. • High-frequency Umbra 3HP water cooled spindle (ER16 / 50,000 RPM) with heat exchanger. • Pressure Foot for material hold-down & chip extraction. • MultiCam EZ-Knife Dual Tangential Knife Cartridge system for quick changing of different types of knives. • Standard knife cartridge. • Oscillating knife cartridge. • Vacuum table – 1” thick phenolic, 4 zone, 32mm grid top, manual valves. • 17HP 2 stage Regenerative vacuum pump with valve & filter (13” HG 335 CFM 208/230 Volts 3 Phase).
