It can be used on most cheek teeth but especially the large protuberant upper teeth. With open jaws it fits most upper teeth squarely which helps to give a controlled cut. This is a highly polished stainless steel cutter with multiple leverage points for easier cutting. And the textured Neoprene handles give a comfortable feel with good gripping power even when wet.
