This Newton Instrument model N 10 is used, in excellent working order and was maintained and yearly calibrated. The leather case has a few minor scratches and has broken from one end of the case. This was used yearly by our television station to measure the tension on the towers guy lines to determine if they needed their tension adjusted. I do not have the manual but can provide a PDF copy of the detailed patent by Rowe. Thanks.
