NuAire 430/435-600 Safety Cabinet Fan Assembly For sale- the fan and motor assembly removed from a NuAire fume hood. As you can see written on the fan it should work with either a 430-600 or a 435-600 Biological Safety Cabinet. I believe the “600” denotes the six foot version of hood, whether it might also work in other NuAire models I don’t know, but they tend to be pretty sensitive about the air flow so the only application I am going to say they should work for is the 600 length. I say they because I have 3 of these available. Can’t remember whether they came from a 430 or a 435, they have been sitting around quite awhile at this point. I bought 3 of the hoods hoping to turn a nice profit, but one of my competitors bought a number of them as well and then proceeded to list them for like $400 which to me wasn’t worth the effort required to build a custom pallet for the things and then hope they got there in one piece. Plus I didn’t really have the space to hold onto them, so I scrapped them for the stainless steel content. So if you have a NuAire hood, same model, and the fan is dying, this should be a drop in replacement to bring you back up to speed. I also kept the lighting/control pod so if you are having difficulties with that please send me a message and I will try to get one of those listed. The hoods were tested to power on at the time so the fans worked back then and still spin freely, so they should still be good. Otherwise untested and NO warranty is offered. However, IF you pay the asking price and find it has a problem you cannot live with within 14 days of receipt you may return it. Returns are ONLY allowed on Buy It Now Purchases. Accepted Best Offers are strictly an as is sale, no returns allowed. Return would be for a refund of the purchase price, not including shipping costs. Just so that we are clear on that, this is an item that has not been thoroughly tested. As such it may work fine or it may have problems, so any purchase entails a certain degree of risk.
