From a university surplus sale, a KEEBLER vacuum mixer. This was from the ag department - something to do with their cattle program. I assume they were using it for some sort of meat testing or something.

From a state surplus sale, a Carter Hoffman PH-1830 "Mobile Heated Cabinet". The heater is a PH90. The cabinet is in great shape and rolls like a dream.

From a city surplus sale, a tray/food conveyor. It's overall dimensions are 10' long, 20" wide, and 34" high. The belt itself is 8' long and 10" wide.

Here we have a Scotsman CME-1202AE commercial ice machine, in working order. I got it at the clearing auction of a convention center/arena in Omaha. This is an air cooled machine, so even though I have no water supply near my 240v outlet, I was able to test it by manually filling the water sump from a bucket, and it does indeed work.

From a state surplus sale, we have here a Hoshizaki KM1200SWE ice machine. Serial number indicates it was made around January of 1998. This is from the clearing auction of a convention center/arena in Omaha that is being prepped for demolition.
