Overview The PicoB is a high performance mobile standalone 10 DOF IMU ready to use with a USB 2.0 interface, wireless communication option (RF24L01 or ESP8266) and optional lithium polymer battery.  The 9DOF sensor is an Invensense MPU-9150 and the barometer is a BMP-180.  The charging circuit accepts lithium polymer batteries of different capacities.  The PicoB is a self contained, ready to use, wireless IMU sensor module that is open, modular and extend-able.   The PicoB uses an ATmega328 AVRprocessor running at 8MHz and a PIC16F1454.  A Madgwick filter calculates quaternions and outputs roll, pitch and yaw in real time.  Source code is provided so you can tailor the device to specific applications.  The PicoB has an interface connector that accepts a low cost OLED 128x64 pixel display.  A second Color TFT 128x160 display also attaches to the PicoB using an adapter board.  Software to drive the display is included.                      The PicoB is designed from the ground up as a wireless IMU sensor node with support for two different wireless modules.  The RF24L01 is a popular 2mbit/sec 2.4G radio that is very low cost, provides good performance and provides true bidirectional communication.  The ESP8266 is a serial WiFi module that allows the PicoB to connect to a local router.
