You are buying 55 pieces of this Polygrate.  Its basically a pallet full. This plastic flooring has many uses including fits perfectly over 24" on center trusses for use in attics.  It was made for livestock areas but could be used as trench grating. For Hogs up to 280 lbs. (127kg) Unique “High-Low” finger design Superior traction Traction leads to less stress and injury to pigs Better feed gains and healthier animals Plastic/fiberglass material reduces wearing of surface Top washing also washes the bottom Modular grates 12 inches x 30 inches (30.5cm x 61cm) are designed to interlock together allowing you to build a floor of any size. Plastic/Fiberglass composite material reduces wearing of surface, eliminates sagging between beams due to weight. Polygrate’s Grower rounded corners minimize injuries. The edges are beveled providing a smoother, safe surface that promotes comfort. An ideal combination of 9/16” (15mm) void and 1 1/8” (29mm) wear surface allows through cleaning and maximum life span of the floor. Easy Cleaning The V-shaped underside is designed for easy and maximum cleaning, from the top and the bottom. The sanitary solid plastic material in Polygrate is non-porous and does not harbor disease. Some floors like cast iron, rusted metal, concrete and foamed plastics can harbor disease even after washing and disinfecting. Such floors can make it impossible to eradicate certain diseases in your operation. Accessories Please refer to the Accessories section for a detailed list. Installation and Maintenance Polygrate Grower is designed to be installed with the corrosion-proof Polybeam or Maxispan fiberglass support system. Please refer to the Support Beam section for a detail list. There is no special maintenance required with Faroex Polygrate. Once installed, just wash the floor with a pressure washer and use!
