This item is a Quartz Dispersion plate for a Sulfuric or Phosphoric recirculation tank used by Akrion for their Gama wet stations. The tank should be sized for dual 200mm teflon wafer cassettes. The dispersion plate is in excellent condition and includes removable spacers and locators.
