Here is an innovative new 1-3/8" square Quick Change Tool Post Plan designed especially for the SMALL LATHE up to 7" x 16". The finished quick change tool post is very rigid, repeats very well and is a suitable project for the home shop machinist. We are sure you will be pleased with this project design! 1-3/8" square quick change tool post. Two Dovetails Customizable to fit any lathe, .472" (12MM) minimum vertical center distance required from the centerline of lathe headstock to top of compound cross slide). 1/2" X 7/8" X 1-3/8" quick change tool holders hold 1/4" tool bits (tool slot size is 5/16").
