HC3T-03: Stand Alone Plasma Torch Height Controller  THC3T-03 is a heavy duty, highly accurate plasma torch height controller designed for use with high performance automated plasma cutting systems. THC3T-03 uses arc voltage to maintain a consistent distance from the plate while the torch is cutting. This allows the system to maintain proper torch height regardless of variations in the material, of flatness of the cutting bed. Specifications Voltage divider and noise to obtain the raw signal from the plasma cutting. Using signal processing algorithms to derive the voltage stability of the plasma. LCD and buttons to display and parameter setting via RS232 interface. Integrated controller with independent Z-axis. Easily compatible with CNC software.
