Up for sale is a used electric Vulcan convection oven. She works like a champ and got our bakery through it's first year, but now it's time to upgrade to a double oven. So, she's been pushed aside, and as sad as we are to see her go (her name is Bessey, if you're wondering) it's time for her to (hopefully) help get another small business up and going.
