Stereo inspection microscope provides three-dimensional images for use inspecting large specimens or performing intricate work such as repairing circuit board, soldering, and dental applications Binocular head with 50 to 77mm interpupillary and -5 to +5 diopter adjustment, and 45-degree vertical inclination 1X objective and two sets of widefield eyepieces provide 10X and 20X magnification, and have rubber eye guards to ease eye strain Flexible gooseneck LED light adjusts to focus light where needed Boom-arm stand provides X- and Z-axis head adjustment and 9" working distance, and has enamel-covered cast-steel body for durability and stain resistance This is a binocular 5X-10X-15X-20X stereo microscope on boom-arm with light. It gives clear sharp images. It comes with a binocular head, widefield eyepieces, a boom-arm stand and a incident light. The 45 inclined eye tubes and rubber eyeguards ensure an easy observation. The boom-arm stand allows you to turn the microscope head around two different axis (X and Z). This microscope offers high resolution, widefield of view and extremely large working distance (9"). The incident light shines down onto objects for the observation of surface details and fine structures. This microscope is perfect for circuit board repairing, soldering and dental applications. It is an ideal instrument for dentists, gemologists, collectors and anyone in semiconductor and/or electronic industry. It is brand new in factory box. It is brand new in factory box. Its retail value is above $900. Product Features: 5X, 10X, 15X and 20X Magnification Powers Versatile Boom-arm Stand Covering Large Working Area 9" Extremely Large Working Distance Erect Sharp Stereo Images over a SUPER Widefield of ViewAccurate Alignment Ensuring Fatigue-Free Long Time Viewing Adjustable Interpupillary Distance (50 mm - 77 mm) Dimensions (in): 8.10 X 17.40 X 16.20 Product Description The AmScope SE400-Z stereo inspection microscope has a binocular head on a 45-degree vertical inclination, two sets of widefield eyepieces that provide 10X and 20X magnification, and an LED light mounted on a flexible gooseneck for use in inspection and repair work. The microscope includes two sets of binocular eyepieces to provide 10X and 20X magnification. The eyepieces have a 50 to 77mm interpupillary and -5 to +5 diopter adjustment to accommodate individual eye variations, and rubber eye guards to ease eye strain during extended use. The LED light is mounted on a flexible gooseneck to focus the light where it is needed. The head is mounted on a boom-arm stand that provides X- and Z-axis adjustment and a 9" working distance. The enamel-covered cast-steel body is durable and stain-resistant. The boom arm stand has a 12" arm (17" overall length) and a 13.5" tall pillar. The base is 2.5 x 5.0 x 7.5 inches (H x W x D, where H is height, the vertical distance from the lowest to highest point; W is width, the horizontal distance from left to right; D is depth, the horizontal distance from front to back). Microscopes are instruments used to enhance the resolution of an object or image. Types include compound, stereo, or digital. Compound microscopes use a compound optical system with an objective lens and an eyepiece. Stereo microscopes show object depth in a three-dimensional image. Digital microscopes are used to display an image on a monitor, rather than looking through a lens. Microscopes can have monocular (one), binocular (two), or trinocular (three) eyepieces, with varying viewing abilities. A trinocular eyepiece is used to output digital images or video to an internal or external device such as a camera or monitor. Magnification ability refers to the size of an image. Resolution, also known as resolvant power, refers to the clarity of the image. The interaction between field of view (FOV), numerical aperture (NA), and working distance (WD) determines resolution. Microscopes can control magnification through a fixed focus, or through a range of adjustments. They can also use LED, fluorescent, and mirror light sources to help control viewing capabilities. Microscopes are widely used in education, lab research, biology, metallurgy, engineering, chemistry, manufacturing, and in the medical, forensic science, and veterinary industries. United Scope manufactures microscopy equipment and accessories under the brand name AmScope. The company, founded in 1996, is headquartered in Irvine, CA. .What's in the Box?
