Rental option as well for only 300$ a month. has 3 options. : 30 hz coverage, external mixing signal ID function and 2nd if output This is a 30 hz to 26.5 ghz hp spectrum analyzer , but with the optional mixers that can be supplied for 700$, you can achieve 50ghz + testing!
The following description was found from internet sources believed to be reliable, however, seller makes no guaranty to its accuracy. All products are sold as-is. Agilent Technologies
I have two of these units. one is an 8591e stock and has opt 41 the parallel and gpib as well as keyboard interface option and 004 the super stable timebase and of course the tg, crt is good. the other one is in the same condition but a convert from 8591c to 8591e meaning the 75 ohm connectors were changed w 50 ohm connectors and the power on units were changed back to dbm .
8596e 9 khz to 12.8 ghz , actual pics up!this was calibrated by tektronix in 2013 w a lick and stick and then actually realigned and recalibrated by myself. international shipping rates are 120$ to 550$ depending on the country but usually about 350$ to 450$ for a spectrum analyzer measuring 28x22x18 inches 50 lbs. message for a formal quote before buying !
I have another unit for 400$ more w / OPTIONS 7 AND 8 which are 7: digitzed fast time domain sweeps useful for zero spans and high resolution bandwidth amplitude accuracy and faster sweeps 8: and signal ID for external mixing it isolates the true signal of the input and removes the spurious non wanted signals you get with external mixing..
Rental option as well for only 200$ a month. Also I can have the phase noise or spurious noise measurements installed on a free mass memory module before shipment for no extra cost! thats an 800 $ value !
this unit goes up to 26.9 ghz thanks to the option 26 it has installed which is a very valuable and high demand option. it increases the signal to noise ratio and gives it about 7 db lower noise floor past 22 ghz. and the amplitude accuracy is dead on with the option.
this one has opt 41 the parallel and gpib as well as keyboard interface option and 004 the super stable timebase, since I repair and modify these for a living , I can include a non functioning tracking gen in this and you can try to repair it for no extra charge.it was the one in it originally. the amplitude is too high for the output. not sure whats going on with it.
I also have another unit that is the ec lcd color version for 1000$ more that includes opt 2 and 7, tracking gen and fast adc/time domain sweeps comes with standard 30 days warranty ! this one has been realigned to exceed manufacturer specs from 30 hz to 2.9 ghz ! comes with tracking generator which increases the value by 1000-1500$ , this tracking gen has exceptional performance.
