You design your house, have it built the way you want. We work for you!!! Over 40 years in the construction industry. We can offer awesome deals on these homes because we're in this for a hobby not to get rich. We have experience from building cabinets, furniture to quarter of a million dollar homes. Many references available. You are bidding on a 8' x 22' (dried in package) which means you'll get a 8' x 22' shell built on a 8' x 22' brand new double axle trailer with 10,000 pound capacity. All framing on 16" centers. Your home will have 5 double hung white vinyl windows. (Add more @ $200 per window) you also get a metal or shingled roof, you choose the color. You will also get one metal or fiberglass door. Your choice. Also you can choose from our designs or we'll build whatever you dream up. Our 8'x22' house will have a 8'x11' loft. Interior will just be bare studs. You add electrical, pluming, insulation and wall coverings of your choice as you have the time. Home does NOT come with siding. Cedar, vinyl or James hardie board siding can be added as a option @ $4,500. Message me for anything I may have left out or any questions you may have. These homes are fully customizable so just let me know what you want.
